With over 20 years of experience in the areas of human resources, business management, sales & marketing, he has been privileged to have worked on major organizational development and transformation projects across several industries.
He is an alumnus of London Business School and has attended several programs in leading universities all over the world including Berkeley Haas School of Business, Colombia business school, Michigan Ross business school, Kellogg business school and UNC Kenan- Flagler business school.

Early mornings are his best time in the day. Seek him out and you will be sure to find him in his UK/Nigerian home or office, surrounded by towering tomes from the greats. His best authors since 2004 still remains Jim Collins and Dave Ulrich.
He is deeply passionate about learning, teaching, and mentoring young entrepreneurs while creating avenues to improve employability and job opportunities across Africa.
And he has personally conducted over 10,000 job interviews and trained more than 50 000 people on varied business principles and skills.

And owner of The Zone, a world-class purpose-built facility suitable for meetings, training, conferences, retreats, strategy sessions, team building events, virtual offices, biometric centers, research sessions, and corporate events. As well as Zone Tech Park, a venture builder for ideas generated by the rockstar in-house teams, and for external clients & corporates looking to execute a project.
